SUNGIRL reaches out!

SUNGIRL has had a variety of visitors since the lab was commissioned in July, 2001. These include Introduction to Physical Geology lab groups, Freshman Forum students, and a number of local high school and elementary school students.

Jim Barry, a freshman at Onondaga High School, tours the SUNGIRL and FILTH facilities at Syracuse University.

If you are in the area and interested in learning a bit about our lab facilities or what geologists do, contact Suzanne Baldwin or Laura Webb. We are generally happy provide a tour appropriate for all age levels and scientific backgrounds.
